The Head Office is based in Chesterfield with a manufacturing plant in Bedford. Framework employs around 60 personnel. |

How was the company formed? |
Framework is the result of a collaboration between like-minded individuals and businesses as a direct response to the recommendations of the Egan Report: ‘Rethinking Construction’. |

What do we stand for? |
Framework stands for innovative and sustainable architecture, alongside ethical trading standards, in an attempt to improve all aspects of the construction process. Fundamentally, we aim to respond to the needs of all parties involved in the process of procuring and delivering construction projects |

What makes Framework different is that we re-define the paradigm of prefabrication by bringing complete flexibility and individuality to off-site construction. |

What warranties do we offer? |
At Framework, we adhere to any standard form of building contract – which means our warranties are the same as any traditionally procured and constructed buildings. |

Yes, Framework has achieved a number of industry accolades including two RIBA awards, two RIBA sustainability awards, Specialist Contractor of the Year 2006 and two Civic Trust Commendations. |

We are members of TRADA, the AECB, Registered with Constructionline, CHAS and accredited to provide CPD by RIBA. |
