 Usually, OSC techniques generate cost savings compared to traditional build methods. Generally, time savings alone can result in a more cost effective building.
   

Is it quicker?

 Almost certainly OSC is faster than traditional build. Time savings of between 20 – 50% are common, dependant on the type of building.
